The café in the basement is an essential part of the YMC, the place to meet and talk to other parents. You can buy delicious home-made cakes, as well as fresh coffee, tea, cold drinks and small snacks. The proceeds of the wonderful home-made sandwiches and some cakes go directly to the Happy Home Orphanage in India.

The Happy Home Orphanange is a charity that Nigel and Tanja have visited in India every Christmas holiday for the last 10 years. Besides the generous donation from volunteers who run the café they also give fund raising concerts to help pay towards the children’s education.
